If things change, we have that conversation early. Not after the work is done.

Fixed fees and retainers

Most of our work is delivered under a fixed monthly or fortnightly retainer.

That means:

• You’re not billed every time you pick up the phone
• You can ask questions as they come up
• You have consistent support, not just once a year

For one off projects, we’ll quote a fixed fee upfront so there are no surprises.

If it’s within scope, it’s covered.

If something comes up outside of scope, we’ll let you know before we do the work and agree on any additional fees.
